FREE DELIVERY
Order worth more than 5000 yen ( Including tax) shipping charge is free except Kagoshima,
The Frozen shipping charge will be extra for shipment.
(Weight limits up to 25 kg, size limit up to 120 cm box)
FROZEN FOOD
For frozen goods, an order of 5 KG & More will be shipped free except Kagoshima,
(weight limits up to 20kg, size limit 100 cm per box)
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Daibiki, Cash on delivery (collecting charge have to bear by the customer)
Credit cards (Currently not applicable)
Bank transfer. (Currently, not applicable / payment remittance charge have to bear by customer)
DISCLAIMER
Kisan doesn’t guarantee the service provided by the couriers we use for delivery.
Customer must be available to receive the delivery at the shipping address provided to Sartaj.
Kisan don’t take responsibility for successful delivery when given address is wrong, unclear, incomplete, failed delivery or delayed delivery. In such a situation customers may go to the courier depot and collect the delivery.
TRACKING
Customer can trace their packages, can inquire to courier service directly.
OPERATE TIMING
Kisan operates all days of the week, excluding public holidays. Any other holidays will be notified on the webpage itself.
We try to dispatch the order on the same day or next working day. Our dispatch timing will be different according to the place.
