b) Kisan Foods reserve the right to cancel, refuse the order if purchased product is not available or customer payment is not received.

5. Return & Cancellation Policy.

a) We do not accept returns or exchange unless the item you purchased is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or different, however, the notification must be done by 24 hrs after delivering the product.

b) Customers need to keep safe the damaged goods for Kisan Food's examination in the same packing.

c) After found product damaged or different, Kisan Foods will reimburse you the amount which you deposited to us for this purchase within 5 working days.

d) Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Sale items are non-refundable.
